COACH LOGIN AREA

You will need to enter your Email Address and Password and click the "Sign In" button to gain access to palybook for the first time. You will only need to re-login if you use another computer or if your computer is not set up to save your login information.

Hint: If you forget your password, use the "Forgot your login/password?" link and Playbook will email it to you.

STEP #2 HOW TO SEND AN EMAIL TO YOUR TEAM

SEND PERSONALIZED EMAIL

Communicating to your players is simple. Follow these easy steps to send a personalized email to your team at any time.

1. Once you Login, select the "Connections" link to access your Email List area. Here you can enter your player email addresses or import a list from another email application.
2. Type a personal message to your players

TWO OPTIONS FOR SENDING AN EMAIL

1. You can simply send the email to your player list by clicking the "SEND EMAIL" button.

2. You can click the "Add a Coach's Drill" button to be automatically taken to the "Coach's Clinic" page where you can select a Drill to be placed into the email. Your personlized message will be saved and you can always go back and edit your message at any time.

ADD A DRILL TO YOUR EMAIL

Click any "red plus sign" in the drill area to view the drill video in the player panel to the right.

Once the "red plus sign" becomes a "green checkmark" you can simply click on the "Add a Drill Now" and the selected drill will be automatically added to your email and the email will be sent to your player list.

STEP #3 CREATE A GAME CALENDAR TO SHARE WITH YOUR TEAM

CREATE A GAME CALENDAR TO SHARE

To access your Calendar page, simply click the "Game Calendar" link in the lefthand navigation bar.

With our robust Calendar functionality, you can easily add your upcoming practice and game schedules. This calendar will be accessible to your players via a link automatically included in your personalized team emails.

Some of the Calendar features include:

View by Day, Week, Month or Year
Easily customize events
Add recurring events for easy updating
Allow players to view entire Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly schedules at a glance

Hint: You can even view your local weather information in the navigation bar on the Calendar page. This information will also be included in your personalized email to your players.

STEP #4 SEND A MOBILE MESSAGE

SEND A MOBILE MESSAGE

To access your Mobile Messaging page, simply click the "Mobile Messaging" link in the lefthand navigation bar.

Send quick mobile text messages to your players along with your email communications.

1. Simply add your player’s mobile numbers in the list field. You can add up to 5 individual lists.
2. Type your message and click the "SEND TEXT MESSAGE" button to send your message.

STEP #5 UPDATE YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION

UPDATE YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION

Your profile is collected from the information provided by you upon registration to Playbook.

To update any of the information, simply click in the provided fields to edit your information.

Once you have completed your updates, click the "Update My Profile" button to make sure your edits are saved to the Playbook system.

Hint: Playbook will automatically send an alert email to your personal address when you have mail in your Playbook account. To disable this feature, simply de-select the check box that is labeled "Please Notify Me When I Receive New Playbook Email".
