TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
(a) This contract is non-cancellable by Ad Sponsor and contains the full and complete understanding of the parties.
(b) Ad Sponsor acknowledges that it has read this contract and has not relied on any promise, statement or representation other than
those contained herein.
(c) Final acceptance of this contract shall be made by Publisher and Ad Sponsor hereby waives notification of same.
(d) Ad Sponsor acknowledges that the color content and artwork of the ads is subject to slight variances.
(e) The Sales Representative of Publisher is not authorized to amend the terms of this contract. Any and all amendments must be
prepared through and approved by Publisher’s executive office.
(f) This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Jurisdiction and venue shall lie exclusively in New Jersey.
(g) The person signing below on behalf of Ad Sponsor has full authority of Ad Sponsor to execute this contract.
Subject of Sale: In accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, this contract is an order for advertising on the Massive
Playbook™ email template for the organization/club/league listed below, for a period of one year (12 months), commencing on the date of first
installation of the advertising.
Ad Requirements: Ad Sponsor must email artwork to: adsponsor@massivecreativeinc.com. Small square artwork must be 180 x 150 pixels and long banner artwork must be 728 x 90, with format in
.jpg or .gif (flattened, web ready file). Ad copy not in conformity with these specifications may be rejected by Publisher.
For a fee of $50, Publisher will create an ad based on copy supplied by Ad Sponsor. Proofread, fact checked copy must be supplied. Revisions
cost extra. Advertising copy deemed objectionable by Publisher for any reason may be rejected.
